We want you to be happy with your purchase. Any products purchased online can be returned if they are not of acceptable quality as long as the issue did not arise through any misuse, abnormal use or negligent use of the product. Goods that are not fit for their intended purpose may likewise be returned. We will only replace/exchange goods or refund the cost of goods after we have assessed the goods and determined them to be faulty or of unacceptable quality as described above.
Products purchased on-line can be returned for refund or replacement with the correct goods if they do not match the online description of the goods or the goods received were not the goods that were ordered.
Ordering Mistakes & Change of Mind (In-Stock Merchandise items only)
Please note: We can only accept returns/exchanges on items or goods that are not personalised and are part of our in-stock merchandise range.
If you made an error when ordering or change your mind on eligible items regarding size/colour/style you can return merchandise items for exchange for the correct goods. The merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, must be in a saleable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. You are responsible for the costs associated with the return of these goods.
Saleable Condition means that the goods must be:
- in original packaging, including all accessories;
- unworn, unopened, unused and in original condition;
- with any labels and tags still attached
In all instances where you wish to return goods please contact us first to have your concerns addressed. Follow the instructions you will be given and return goods to us at the address below.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Lifestyle Australia. Please include a copy of your invoice.
